Nueva colaboración de Asics, esta vez con la tienda de Washington Commonwealth. El modelo que han escogido es el Gel Lyte V, que este año tan buenas colaboraciones han sacado con él. Han llamado al proyecto "Gemini" en alusión al signo del zodíaco, que tiene como símbolo unas gemelas.
Las zapatillas están fabricadas mezclando suede y piel azul, combinando con la media suela blanca. El detalle que hace que esta colaboración sea diferente a todo lo visto hasta ahora es que un par es opuesto al otro en cuanto a la mezcla de materiales; mientras que el pie derecho el toe-box es de suede y el upper es de piel, el izquierdo es a la inversa.
Las Commonwealth x Asics Gel Lyte V "Gemini" estarán a la venta el próximo Sábado 18 de Octubre en 24 Kilates.
The newest collab of Asics is with the Washington DC & Virginia based boutique Commonwealth. Taking their creative minds on the coveted Asics Gel Lyte 5, they both came up with a “Gemini” inspired sneaker that will blow your mind. The Commonwealth x Asics Gel Lyte 5 “Gemini” is inspired by the astrological zodiac sign which symbol is represented by twins.
The sneaker is built with a navy blue leather and suede combination throughout the entire sneaker except the white midsole. One cool thing about this sneaker is that both pairs are opposite with their mix up of materials. From a far you couldn’t tell, but once you get closer you’ll start to notice the subtle difference.
Launch next Saturday October 18th.
