BAIT x Saucony Shadow "Cruel World"‏

Bait y Saucony han creado algo diferente en el mundo de las zapatillas. Trabajando sobre la base del modelo Shadow Og, esta edición especial llamada “Cruel World” está ideada totalmente sobre el concepto de no utilizar pieles de animales, tan sólo materiales veganos. Las zapatillas están fabricadas en suede vegano azul y crema, canvas, y traen una bonita plantilla de corcho.
El lanzamiento de las Bait x Saucony Shadow Og “ Cruel World” será el próximo 15 de Febrero primero en tienda.
The BAIT x Saucony Shadow “Cruel World” project is one that goes behind the norm of sneaker themes and actually supports a cause. The shoes are built entirely from vegan approved materials and sourced by factories that provided ethical working conditions for their employees. What’s more, BAIT will be doubling down on the non-violent approach by making a donation with a portion of the proceeds to A Place Called Home – a non-profit youth center in South Central, Los Angeles. Bait and Saucony have created something very clever and purposeful with the Saucony Shadow Original “Cruel World.” The shoe has been built around the concept of using no animal products, thus creating a pair of kicks made solely out of vegan materials. The build of the shoe shows off some vegan suede overlays that sit a top the canvas paneling along with some pretty sweet cork insoles. “BAIT is taking a portion of the proceeds and donating it to A Place Called Home, a non-profit youth center in South Central LA, the day before Thanksgiving.

Reebok Classic 20th Anniversary Insta Pump Fury OG‏.

Durante este 2014 Reebok celebrará el 20 aniversario de uno de los modelos más icónicos de la marca, el Instapump Fury. Y que mejor manera que empezar la fiesta reeditando el famosos color original (black/hypergreen/red) y fabricándolo idéntico al que salió a la venta allá por 1994.
Disponibles en 24 kilates el próximo Sábado 25 de Enero.
También, como parte del 20 aniversario, Reebok prepara el lanzamiento de 27 ediciones especiales con tiendas de todo el mundo durante este 2014. Más información de este proyecto muy pronto!
2014 marks the 20th anniversary of the Reebok Instapump Fury, one of the most instantly recognizable silhouettes from the brand’s stable of performance runners. Reebok is celebrating the launch of the cult classic by re-releasing the OG black, hypergreen and red colorway, built using a recreation of the original mold for a retro version that’s true to the 1994 original. And as part of the ongoing 20th anniversary celebration, Reebok will roll out 27 unique collaborations centered around the Instapump Fury.

Extra Butter x Asics Gel Eprius 'California Mountain Snake'‏

Extra Butter presenta su tercera silueta dentro del pack 'Death List Five'. El modelo que han escogido esta vez es el Gel Epirus, y las han llamado “California Mountain Snake” ya que están basadas en la famosa enfermera Elle Driven (Daryl Hannah) de la película Kill Bill. Fabricadas en nylon negro y premium piel blanca, detalles como los stripes de Asics en snakeskin, y manchas de pintura roja en la media suela hacen de este modelo el más llamativo de los tres lanzados hasta la fecha.

Extra Butter present the 3rd silhouettes from their 'Death List Five' Pack. Taking inspiration from the nurse’s uniform worn by Elle Driven(Daryl Hannah) in Kill Bill, the Gel Epirus features a predominantly white upper with black and red accents along with a blood spattered midsole, green snakeskin ASICS stripes, and a red cross at the heel.

Puma Disc Blaze "Cork Pack".‏

Puma prepara el lanzamiento de una serie especial llamada “Cork Pack” basado en tres colores de Disc Blaze. Los tres modelos viene en color negro, marrón y burgundy y están fabricados en nubuck perforado, el upper en piel, el interior en neopreno, el sistema Disc de agarre de la zapatilla y la suela original Trinomic. Lo más destacable es que la pieza lateral que normalmente estaba fabricada en plástico esta vez viene hecha de corcho resistente.
El Puma Disc Blaze “Cork Pack” ya está disponible en 24 kilates.

PUMA releases a special “Cork” pack of the Disc Blaze silhouette for Spring/Summer 2014. The three different colorways to be released will feature a perforated nubuck leather upper, neoprene collar, and the PUMA Disc Closure system. This time however, the leather overlays have been replaced with earthy cork to make the pair resistant to weather and for a more classic look. Available at 24 kilates.
 

BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte III ‘Basics Model-001 Vanquish’

La tienda Californiana Bait, junto con Asics lanzan la primera de las tres partes de su nueva colaboracion, las BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte III ‘Basics Model-001 Vanquish’.
Éstas estarán disponibles el próximo sábado 18 de enero en 24 kilates, primero en tienda!

California store BAIT along with running footwear pioneer Asics will be collaborating to bring us the BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte III ‘Basics Model-001 Vanquish’. This will be a pack featuring three sneaker but we have only been given clear shots of one of the sneakers here. This Asics Gel Lyte III has a black suede upper with hits of camo also being visible throughout the upper.

Mita Sneakers x SBTG x New Balance MRT580.

Mita Sneakers de Japón y el artista SBTG de Singapur han unido fuerzas con New Balance para trabajar en una edición especial. Las New Balance MRT580. Ésta colaboración viene con una excelente combinación de materiales, nubuck negro en el upper, una combinación de detalles brillantes verdes y la firma de SBTG. Vine and Tiger de camuflaje adornan la lengüeta y el área del talón. Las plantillas y etiqueta de la lengüeta cuentan con obras de arte personalizadas, que representan la ruptura de las barreras entre éstos países.
Las Mita Sneakers x SBTG x New Balance MRT580 estarán disponibles en 24 Kilates el próximo sábado 18 de enero, primero en tienda.
Japanese retailer mita sneakers and Singaporean artist SBTG have teamed up with New Balance to produce a unique version of the MRT580 silhouette. The shoe features a charcoal black nubuck upper with bright green accents and a combination of SBTG’s signature Vine and Tiger Stripe camo patterns across the tongue and collar. The insoles feature artwork representing the breaking down of barriers and is a reflection of mita sneakers and SBTG coming together as partners for this collaboration. That theme is also echoed on the tongue tag, which features a depiction of mita sneakers’ signature wire fence and a set of wire cutters. The mita sneakers x SBTG x New Balance MRT580SM is due to hit 24 Kilates next Saturday January 18th, in-store first.
