Patta celebrará este año su quinto aniversario, y para hacerlo por todo lo alto, Patta y ASICS presentarán una serie de productos colaborativos durante todo este año 2009.

Patta will be celebrating it’s 5th anniversary this year, and to engage in the festivities, Patta and ASICS will present a series of collaborative products throughout all of 2009.

Patta de nuevo une sus fuerzas con la gente de ASICS para intentar reeditar el éxito de las famosas Patta x Gel Lyte de 2007. Ese mismo año, Patta sacó una serie de sweaters de artistas. Estos sweaters diseñados por sus amigos y creativos Delta, Eric Elms y Parra gustaron mucho a Patta y decidió unir la idea, los colores frescos y los diseños en un pack de 3 zapatillas con su chaquetas y su mochilas a juego, cada una diseñada por los anteriormente mencionados artistas. No es por depreciar la Gel Lyte III pero Patta buscaba dar un golpe de efecto fresco y nuevo por ello eligieron La Gel Lyte Speed!!!

To set things off properly, Patta have once again teamed up with the fine people at ASICS to follow up on the highly successful Patta x ASICS Gel Lyte III released in 2007, the same year Patta released a series of Patta Artist sweaters. It’s these aforementioned sweater-designs by creative friends Delta, Eric Elms and Parra that Patta liked so much, that they decided to puzzle the fresh color combinations and graphics into a pack of 3 shoes and backpack. Not to take anything away from the great shoe that is the Gel Lyte III, which has become a staple of sorts today, but Patta wanted something different this time… Enter the ASICS Gel Lyte Speed!




Y aquí está, el Pack Asics Gel Lyte Speed de Patta, inspirado en los trabajos de Delta, Eric Elms y Parra que dieron su bendición y ayudaron a poner la guinda del pastel con los diseños de las plantillas. El show corrío a cargo del premiado director español Max Cortés que con las dos señoritas que le acompañaban revolucionó literalmente los ánimos de los allí presentes!!

Nike Air Force 2 High Atari CX2600 “Select Game Pack”

La Atari CX2600 fue diseñada por Jay Minor, Steve Mayer, Ron Milner y Joe Decuir en 1976 a idea era hacer una consola adaptable y muy duradera. Fue la primera consola de Atari en el por aquel entonces emergente mercado de los video juegos y costaba en su primer lanzamiento 200$ dólares. Es la consola con el record de supervivencia.

antonomasia del videojuego: Japón.

It is said that the stock was in a container at the desert, and is still searched by Nerds), prototypes and particularities. She was the USA and Europe queen but she couldn’t get this honour at the most important video game market: Japan.



Por ello no sorprende que Nike, manteniendo la pauta en cuanto a creatividad retome el tema del Retro-Gaming (muy atractivo para esta generación de gamers avanzados y coleccionistas de objetos retro) y de cabida dentro del pack Game Select y en colaboración con Atari a este pedazo de Air Force II. El pack consta también de una Blazer ambas inspiradas, como claramente se puede apreciar en las imágenes, en la legendaria consola de videojuegos Atari CX2600 de la que os hemos hablado antes. Los materiales, la impresión y la combinación de texturas son realmente sorprendentes, además de unos perfectos acabados. El upper combina mesh con cuero patentado estampado con las vetas de madera, seña de identidad de la consola. Las molduras de plástico en talón y los diferentes materiales en color negro, convierten a esta zapatilla en toda una pieza de coleccionista, más aún teniendo en cuenta que sólo se ha fabricado en los Estados Unidos.

For all of this is not a surprise that Nike, at the top of creativity, rebirths the Retro-Gaming idea Retro-Gaming (very attractive for this gamers generation and retro advanced collectors) and includes this awful Air Force II at the Game Select Pack collab with Atari wich also features a Blazer.
As it can be apreciate at the pictures the sneakers are inspired on the legendary video game console Atari CX2600 that we were speakin about. All the materials, the print and the combination of textures are really awesome, also perfectly finished. The upper combines mesh with patent leather allover printed with the wooden pieces like the console. Plastic pieces on the heel, the wood midsole and the different black materials made this shoe a fantastic collector’s piece.

Rock Smith & BBB Barack Obama Tees!!

Rocksmith se une a la feria Bread & Butter que ha comenzado hoy mismo para celebrar la investidura de Barack Obama con una camiseta. La impresión sa basa en las camisetas vintage de Blac Flag. En la espalda están los motivos de BBB United Nations, imagen de la feria en esta su última edición en Barcelona, por ello también puede leerse en español el lema "Si se Puede" (Yes We Can). Rocksmith got together with Bread & Butter to celebrate the inauguration of Barack Obama with a t-shirt. The tee draws inspiration from the vintage Black Flag tees. On the back is the BBB united nations theme for this weeks tradeshow, and since it takes place in Spain they flipped it to read “si se puede”. They are very limited, less than a hundred pieces made!! Ya tenemos a la venta una de las Nike Running más esperadas de este año Nike Air Tailwind ‘92 vuelve en unos colorways muy acertados esta combinación de púrpura y naranja la verdad es que lo parte. Combinan, como en su release original, partes en mesh y en nubuck para asegurar una ventilación perfecta, además de la suela patentada y la unidad Air en el talón, algo que parece que nunca pasará de moda. Here we got the famous Nike Air Tailwind ‘92 back. Available at the shop now this white/purple/orange colorway. They sport a leather-suede and mesh construction, with mesh being the predominant feature. This is typical as they were originally released as running shoes and the mesh allows the bearer’s feet to breathe. They also sport Nike’s patented Air sole unit at the heel area, a feature that seems to never go out of style. Hace un par de semanas en 24 KILATES, tuvimos el placer de recibir a un invitado muy especial, nada más y nada menos que el goleador del Barça, campeón del mundo y Balón de Oro: Thierry Henry!! Que estuvo en la tienda para rodar spot publicitario para Reebok, la marca que lo patrocina.

Two weeks ago at 24 KILATES we received a very special guest, we are talking about no one other than the F.C. Barcelona goaler, world champion and Golden Ball: Thierry Henry!! Who was at the store to shoot a commercial for his sponsor, Reebok.



Le gustó mucho la tienda y de hecho él mismo dijo que "Estaba buscando una tienda como esa en Barcelona".

Después del duro trabajo tuvo el detalle de dedicar unos minutos a firmar algunos balones y camisetas con dedicatorias para la tienda y el resto de staff.

Reebok Sir Jam Mid MESSENGERS PACK Spring'09

Como ya podréis haber visto en los blogs de nuestros colegas de SDG y Zapapedia, Reebok ha editado un pack en homenaje a 4 de las principales compañías de logística del planeta: FedEx, DHL, TNT y UPS.

El planteamiento es sencillo a la par que divertido. Las zapatillas están editadas especialmente para cada compañía han tomando los colores corporativos de cada una de ellas.

Algunos detalles de este pack son el forro y las plantillas, que están impresos con códigos de barras, un elemento imprescindible de trabajo en la maquinaria logística de estas grandes empresas de servicios de mensajería. También viene bordado en la lengueta el nombre de Reebok Sir Jam Series y en el talón el de la famosa y popular tecnología Hexalite de amortiguación para la suelas.El tejido de los lazos tiene dibujada una cenefa espigada, en forma de flecha, del mismo modo que las cintas de embalaje de algunas de éstas compañías.

Las imágenes no nos permiten ver algunos detalles, como el efecto reflectante en el logo de Reebok que aparece en el lateral de la zapatilla.

Habrá que esperar a los primeros lanzamientos pertenecientes a la temporada primavera-verano 2009 para encontrar este pack en exclusiva en 24KILATES. Podéis reservarlas en cualquiera de los mails de contacto!!

Reebok The Pump 20th Anniversary

Hace unas semanas tuvo lugar en Boston el meeting en el que se prepara el 20 Aniversario de la exitosa tecnología "The Pump", toda una revolución allá por el 89. Reebok prepara toda una serie de colaboraciones con sus 20 mejores tiendas entre las cuales se encuentra 24 KILATES.

La "Shikkoku", un colorway que tiene el upper en color negro combinando nubuck, mesh y cuero patentado. Conserva su sistema de acolchado de Gel e incorpora la lengueta partida para mantenerla fija y evitar que se vaya hacia un lado terminando dentro de la zapatilla. La mediasuela está estampada imitando roca y la suela es de color azul eléctrico.

First is the 'Shikkoku' a colorway which offers an all black upper constructed from a combination of mesh, nubuck, and patent leather. An interesting feature is that the tongue doesn’t feature your everyday look but instead is split down the middle into two portions which together help cover the forefoot. They also feature a beautiful speckled midsole and blue outsole.

The 'Edo Murasaki', which is the second pair of shoes in the Kirimomi Project. They feature a more interesting design, as they make much more use of patent leather in a black and purple colorway. Also, they feature a polka-dot design which runs throughout the upper, along with a large amount of perforations which act as a system of ventilation.
